This camp will teach the fundamentals of 5 vs. 5 flag football. Campers will learn defensive and offensive technique and strategies. The camp will also incorporate how to properly execute defensive formations and offensive plays. In addition to strategy and formation, the campers will also learn passing routes and efficient timing for those routes.
