Fifth Grade

Our fifth grade classes provide a fun and safe environment for students to grow spiritually, academically and socially. Because we place a high value on reading, we implement the Accelerated Reader program. Our math curriculum emphasizes an ongoing review of concepts in order to strengthen skills. Our science program incorporates many hands-on experiments, and we endeavor to make history “come alive” through presentations and games. Most importantly, we strive to keep our classrooms Christ-centered through teaching His Word and following His example.

Our field trips include trips to: Anchor Point for Living History Day, Hiller Aviation Museum, Mission Springs for Science Camp and Morgan Hill Aquatics Center.

Extra curricular activities include weekly chapel, music, library, computer and P.E. (twice a week).
